Over the years, CCEF together with the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA) of the Siquijor Province are working towards capacitating the local management group to achieve management effectiveness and sustainability.
With this, through SEALED project a formal signing of Memorandum of Agreement to the selected People’s Organization beneficiaries namely; Olang Coastal Resource Management Body (OCRMB), Bino-ongan Women Association (BWA) & Tulapos Marine Protected Area Association (TUMPAAS) was held last February 5, 2020 at the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist Conference hall. Some of the guest who witnessed the signing of the memorandum includes the Siquijor Provincial Agriculturist, SPCRMA task force commander, Municipal Agriculture Officers and the Fisheries Technicians of Enrique Villanueva and Maria Municipality.
