CCEF and Fluor Daniel Inc., Philippines celebrate International Coastal Cleanup 2015

CCEF is working with the Municipality of Liloan to conduct research and monitoring activities on their coastal forests. The foundation aims to further improve the status of the mangroves and beach forests in Liloan as an initial step and continue this endeavor in other sites in the Province of Cebu.

A volunteer reaches through mangrove roots to recover fishing nets.

In addition to clean ups, CCEF also conducts mangrove maintenance, nursery collection and bagging, photo documentation, and planting together with our corporate partners to foster more meaningful corporate social responsibility endeavors on coastal environments. For more details on how you can help CCEF’s work on mangrove and beach forests rehabilitation, contact us at info@coast.ph or +63 (32) 416-2040.
